Dr. Kimberly Duris has been a resident of Roselle since 2004, where she resides with her husband and three children. She has two children at Spring Hills
Elementary and a preschooler at home.
Dr. Kimberly Duris is a full professor in the Department of Psychology at Lewis University, Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. She is also a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) and certified alcohol and drug abuse counselor (CADC) and uses her clinical experience to serve local community mental health agencies. She has worked in the field of counseling since 2000. Her educational background includes a bachelor's degree in psychology and criminal social justice (2000), a Master's of Arts degree in counseling psychology (2003), and a Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) in counselor education and supervision (2015). The nearly two decades of experience in mental health counseling, focusing on children and adolescents have provided her with a wealth of knowledge regarding child development.
Kimberly Duris was appointed to the school board in May 2019 and currently serves on the boards' policy committee. Her interest in serving on the board is connected to her goal for all kids to receive a high level of educational, social-emotional, and extracurricular experiences that will serve as the springboard for their adult lives.

Lydia Galante, Vice-President

Lydia Galante is a Roselle resident of 20+ years. She also serves on the Village's Planning and Zoning Commission and is the Treasurer of the Roselle Public Library Foundation. Lydia volunteers with District 12's Parent Teacher Organization and Green Roselle.
Lydia is very excited to serve the community as a member of the Board of Education and is focused on ensuring that District 12's children receive an education that sets them up for a lifetime of success, both inside the classroom and out. She wants to engage the entire community so that everyone is invested in student success.
Lydia and her spouse have 1 child in District 12.

Tom Richards, a dedicated resident of Roselle since 2004, moved into his mother’s childhood home to raise his daughter in a community rich with family
history. A proud father, Tom watched his daughter thrive at Trinity Lutheran and graduate from Lake Park High School, following in her grandmother’s
footsteps.
With 30 years of experience as a logistics professional, Tom brings a wealth of organizational expertise and problem-solving skills to the table. An active member of the Roselle American Legion, he is deeply committed to serving the community.
Tom is passionate about ensuring quality education and fostering a supportive environment for all students in Roselle’s schools.
